180 Stitches, 48 Rows

This is a perfect example of how much I procrastinate. Back in August 2010, I mentioned knitting the Ha'Penny Loop Cowl here. It is now April 2011 and this is how much I've accomplished with this project:

33 rows done *sigh*. Everyday it stares at me from the "unfinished knits" basket I have next to the sofa. (Yes, it watches me!) I think I got so used to knitting with Classic Elite's Cascade yarn that anything thinner makes me lose a lot of motivation and focus. I miss that instant gratification of starting a project and being finished in less than 3 hours. Must...practice....patience.

celestial wedges

There's not much I can say about these wedges except that they're just awesome. Created by Alexandra Sophie from Belfort, France. Click the link below for her Etsy shop.

Unique nebula galaxy shoes, wedges heels handpainted by Kustom Kix

A pair of very unique shoes hand-painted by KUSTOM KIX.

100% hand painted shoes using Acrylic paint on black faux suede. The entire shoe has been finished off in a layer of flexible matt varnish for durability, to withstand all weather conditions.

Besides skinny jeans or leggings, what does one wear with these? I'm picturing a lightweight sweater tucked into a pencil skirt worn under a trench.....and maybe some black herringbone tights. Would you rock these?

Portfolio Stuff: Sleepwear CADs

CAD = Computer Aided Design, in case you were wondering. these were done in Adobe Illustrator CS3. all silhouettes, prints & graphics done by me. ^_^ (click images to enlarge)

These are meant for juniors or tweens to wear. The colors used are from Pantone's Spring 2011 color palette (it's free!!). Most of the ideas are from T-shirts or tanks I've seen online, like the dress. It was a cropped top with long sleeves, while the striped short was actually a Victoria's Secret thong. LOL! You can literally get inspiration from any where, it just depends on how you use it.
